Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki is a American political adviser who was the 34th White House news secretary between 2021 and 221. She is a member of the Democratic Party and previously served as the White House deputy Press Secretary (2009) and the White House deputy Communications Director (2009-2011) and the spokesperson for US Department of State (2013-15) and the White House communications direct (2015-17). Psaki worked as an CNN political contributor from 2017 and 2020. Psaki began her career in the 2001 re-election campaign in Iowa of Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack who were both Democrats running for U.S. Senate. Psaki was later appointed as the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's 2004 presidential race. Psaki was communications director for Joseph Crowley, a U.S. Representative, as well as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to the year 2006. Psaki was the press secretary for the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. [20] Psaki was appointed spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11 2013. [20] The speculations that she would replace Jay Carney White House Press secretary after he left the White House[21] were fuelled by her appointment by the Department of State. However, Josh Earnest was announced as the replacement for Carney on May 30th the 30th of May, 2014. In the year 2015, she was recalled to the White House as communications director and was there until the end of the Obama administration.
